A bathrooms costs... anywhere from R 18 000.00 to R 160 000.00 and up.. depending
on size and quality of tiles and fittings

I generally charge around R 3 833.00  to R8 866.00 per square meter

depending on circumstance surrounding the project... however...

it could be a lot less once I do a site inspection/assessment and measure up for your free quote

starting off with a free consultation, followed by a designed floor plan layout and a competitive free quotation

Site preparation, stripping out all old tiles sanitary-ware, Stripping out all old water piping and waste-piping,

Ceilings, if the boards need replacing I will replace them, skim and paint it, or just skim the old boards and
paint, install new cornice (a decorative one) build shower floor and build in bath, prepare all walls and
floor for tiling, install four down-lights on a dimmer and an extractor fan on a separate switch,
install new piping supply-water and waste-water, install under tile heating with thermostat,

 tile wall and floor or half tile and paint walls and tile floor or epoxy floors, cleaning and
rubble removal.

accessories... this is purely to give you device and help with selecting a specific style of bathroom
